Who's Aloha?

Aloha è un blog dove ho il piacere di condividere con voi quello che mi piace, che penso, e quello che faccio.

Niente di più e niente di meno.

L'idea del nome deriva da un libro che ho letto qualche tempo fa, dove con grande sorpresa ho scoperto che il saluto hawaiano che noi tutti conosciamo ha un significato molto più profondo.

Aloha vuol dire anche “condivisione della gioia dell'energia vitale nel presente”.

Il significato di questa frase è molto complesso, ma io l'ho collegato a ciò che mi rende felice in questo momento: creare.

Quando creo mi sento in pace con me stessa, nessuna persona, nessun avvenimento mi fa provare una simile gioia interiore.

É quindi questo il mio Aloha, il mio angolo di felicità che voglio condividere con voi.

Aloha is a blog where I am pleased to share with you what I like, what I think, and what I do.

Nothing more and nothing less.

The idea of the name comes from a book I read some time ago, where, to my surprise , I discovered that the Hawaiian greeting that we all know has a much deeper meaning. Aloha also means "sharing the joy of life energy in the present".

The meaning of this sentence is very complex, but I connected it  to what makes me happy right now:  to create.

When I create I feel at peace with myself, no one, no event makes me feel like an inner joy.

That is  my Aloha then, my corner of happiness that I want to share with you.
